MALTHOUSE COSTUMES

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Hire fee and bonds are to be paid in full before the costumes are collected from
Malthouse Costumes premises.
Costumes are not to be altered in any way. However, temporary seaming and/or hemming are permitted
with prior arrangement with the management. No pressing of temporary seams or hems is permitted.
Costumes are to be returned in the same condition as at the time of hiring, with all temporary seaming/hemming removed. Failure to remove stitching will incur a fee.
If costumes are returned in a very soiled condition, an extra charge will be made for cleaning.
Costumes may be dry cleaned only.
Bonds will not be refunded if the costumes are returned after the due date unless by prior arrangement with the management.
Loss or damage to costume items will be charged at repair and/or replacement cost.
Any costs incurred be us in the recovery of debts will be charged to the customer in
addition to the original debt.
Bonds must be collected from Malthouse Costumes within three months of the return of items hired.
Failure to do so will result in loss of bond.
